Being a teacher for almost 20 years has taught me one essential thing, that is I shall never stop learning to improve my competitive advantage, since the more I study, the more I achieve. I believe that being a fast learner is a skill of mine that often benefits me in a new working environment that needs snapped actions to be done effectively and efficiently. Long experiences of working in a team have formed me into a person who always cares about the way to properly manage the team to aim for the main targets to be achieved.
